Myspace. How many years ago did I last use that? Probably around 15 of them.
That was also the last time I wrote a blog (or as we called them back then “zblogs” and even then most of the time it was stupid inside-jokes with my circle of friends). I never thought I’d write another one and really had no desire too.
When setting up everything for my business though I noticed a statistic that said a business page that had a blog included could have atleast 50% more traffic routed to it. Is that true? I don’t know. The fact is that a blog on a personal business page that discusses the ins and outs of running said business is probably going to reach a niche audience. That said, if this helps bring in only a handful of people then I’d say it was worth spending a few minutes every now and then to include one. So here it is. We are about to enter October and I’m listening to Less Than Jake as I type this and thinking how I want to navigate these waters. The info here is going to pertain to the many aspects of the business and if that doesn’t interest you then that’s no problem.
