A decent rig. Its what you want in this profession and honestly its usually what a customer expects to see if you roll up to their house. Unfortunately that’s just not the case for many start-ups. You work with what you have and you get the same results. Its going to mean working harder but so be it. If at the end of the day you’ve cleaned everything and the customer is happy then its a win-win and you’re one step closer to building up to everything you need. I was thinking about this on the last job I had. It was the first real full-house wash I had to do. Of course it wasn’t a simple single-story house, but a sizable two-story. Right now I’m in the process of building up everything I need for a trailer rig, but for every house wash I need to do I’m working with a hand pump. Its not exactly great being on a ladder over 20 feet in the air and spraying bleach on the side of a house just for it to rain back down on you, but that’s what I had to do so that’s what I did, and the results turned out amazing. Below is a picture of one side cleaned and one I hadn’t done yet. The contrast between both sides is crazy, and it was all done with a hand pump. Starting with the basics isn’t the most fun way to do a big job. This one took me over 10 hours to do where if I had a full right a house this size could be done in 3 or 4. At the end of the day though, another job was done and that’s one step closer. Closer to everything.

I’ll see you out there
