I had a job the other day cleaning a few things I hadn’t been hired to do before (soffits, undersides, etc). Nothing real unique but it was something new. Now at the moment I don’t have a full soft washing system so I had to hit the vinyl with a hand pump to get the chemicals on there. It wasn’t the most professional looking setup but the end result was great and the customer was really pleased with the outcome. This is what the before and after looked like.

Yea, I don’t have anything. I haven’t got it in my mind yet that taking before and after pictures is basically a necessity these days to get more interest into your business. Having pictures and videos to go along with your website and social media plays a huge part in staying relevant these days. It might not be needed for absolutely everyone but for someone just starting out, this is the new way to do things and I think it’s incredibly important. My mind was so wrapped up in having a bigger job that I didn’t even think about trying to take pictures or set up videos of the job until afterwards. It’s not the biggest loss because there are going to be plenty more jobs and such things will become second nature, but I hate the potential loss of a job because I didn’t have enough pictures out for people to get a good idea of what I can do.
I have a lot of ideas of how I want to integrate such things into my business and I’ll be going over them here and on my various social media sites. Soon to come
